Forrest is simply a badass dude. But we already know that from when he was fighting a guy who broke his arm because he didn't tap just to come back and knock him out with his other arm. Now thats a tough guy.

Forrest is one of the toughest guys in MMA. He truly is the definition of "iron chin" the man can take a beating, he will get his teeth knocked down his throat, bleeding everywhere, then look his opponent dead in the eyes and smile then charge right back at him. Win, lose, or draw, when you fight Forrest Griffin you are gonna go through hell...Which leads me to say this...Forrest Griffin, you are the man

Forrest Griffin is who i look up to. When i train in BJJ and Karate im always having trouble training half as hard as he does.

Not only is Forrest one of the greatest UFC fighters out there, But he is the most down to earth guy too!!! I MET HIM FRIDAY!! He was here in TN!!
