Q: How often should I take Iceman Rx?
A: Iceman Rx can be taken year round while you train. We recommend you take 1-2 Pre Workout capsules 30-45 minutes before your workout and 1-2 Post Workout capsules immediately after your workout. Do not exceed more than 4 capsules of either the Pre or Post Workout formula during a 24 hour period. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you are at risk of or are being treated for high blood preasure, thyroid, liver, psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, anxiety, nervousness, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrythmias, pheochromacytoma, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement. Consult your physician before use. Discontinue if dizziness, headache, tremors, rash, nervousness, sleeplessness or heart palpitations occur. Keep out of reach of children.
