Jacob Christopher "Tito" Ortiz (born January 23, 1975) is an American mixed martial artist from Huntington Beach, California. Ortiz has emerged as one of the sport's biggest stars, becoming the biggest pay-per-view draw of 2006 and appearing on the covers of various magazines, such as Black Belt Magazine.
Ortiz holds notable wins over Vladimir Matyushenko, Wanderlei Silva, Evan Tanner, Guy Mezger, Ken Shamrock (three times), Vitor Belfort, Patrick Côté, Yuki Kondo, and Forrest Griffin.

I dont care what anyone says about Tito.. He made me a Fan when I met him Training and he stopped training for a little while to say whats up and Hi to me.. I like how hes so Kind to his Fans and non Fans as well too..

I dont care what people say about tito, he is one of the best fighters out there and i cant wait to see him fight again, no matter what organization he is in.

Tito Ortiz is one bad ass and I think he is the greatest light heavy weight champion of all time. I wish he was still fighting or at least become a coach again on the ultimate fighter, I loved it when he stood across the cage from Ken Shamrock and flipped him off. Tito you're a bad ass - keep fighting!
