Shipping Policy

What methods of shipping are available?
 
MMA Overload ships orders within the US by FedEx, DHL  or USPS. We do NOT request or require a signature for DHL, USPS or FedEx deliveries. You can view the FedEx delivery map below to determine delivery time for Ground shipping. If a signature is required a $2.00 charge will be added to your bill. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. For packages marked RETURN TO SENDER or REFUSED there is a 25% restocking fee.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed after 2PM (14:00) will be processed the following business day.

Does MMA Overload ship to APO, FPO, and other military addresses?
 
Yes, we ship to all military addresses. When entering the shipping address for an APO or FPO address please make sure the country selected is the United States. If you need help placing your order please use the live help or phone number listed at the top of our website. For packages marked RETURN TO SENDER or REFUSED there is a 25% restocking fee.
 
DHL Global Mail

DHL Global Mail is the most economical shipping option offered by MMA Overload. Average delivery time in the US is between3-6 busines days.  Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will take longer for delivery. For US and International shipments, DHL Global Mail can be tracked at http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/.  US and International orders may take 2 business days to see tracking information. This does not mean your package has not shipped from the warehouse.

DHL International: Please note that if selecting DHL International as your shipping method of choice, your package may take longer than the average 6-10 day delivery time depending on the destination country. DHL does not guarantee a specific date of delivery. Please note DHL packages are not insured and once confirmed delivery is not the responsibilty of MMA Overload

How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day FedEx delivery days?

  • Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
  • 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
  • 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.
  • Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as FedEx shipping/business days.

Here are a couple of delivery time examples:

  • A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
  • A 2 day package shipped on Thursday should be delivered on Monday.
  • A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
  • A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.
  • Ups business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next FedEx working day

Shipping options are FedEx International, USPS Global Priority, Global Express Guaranteed or Global Express. International customers shipping charges will be based on the weight of order and county of destination and are non-negotiable. At the current time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Paypal for international orders.  Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country  permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. MMA Overload is not responsible for taxes or tariffs on packages shipped internationally. All taxes, tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.  All returned packages for international orders will be charged the shipping fee MMA Overload occurs for the return. Any International orders that received FREE promotional shipping and the package is returned will be charged the original shipping fee. When purchasing on MMA Overload.com you are agreeing to these terms. Since USPS has no control over packages once they have left the country, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Prepayment is required.

Order Status

What does Awaiting Fulfillment mean?

"Awaiting Fulfillment" means that your order was received, confirmed, and is currently processing. The next step in the process is to box and ship your package.


Return Policy

To help expedite your return please make sure you have signed up for an account on MMA Overload.com. Click HERE to register.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the day of shipment of your order excluding Compression Shorts/Undergarments, Vale Tudos, Swimwear, Mouthguards, Protective Cups, Socks, Training Masks and Supplements.

A store credit will be issued for sale items returned less shipping costs. For regular price items a refund or store credit will be issued upon receipt of the return less shipping costs.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same condition as received or after 30 days will be refused and returned, no exceptions, and item(s) will be returned at your expense.

MMA Overload will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless a shipping error on our part was made. Please ensure a signature required when shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 25% return fee along with any fees incurred by the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, DHL) and issued a store credit by gift card for the remainder. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.  No compression shorts,  undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups, rash guards, and supplements cannot be returned, even if they are new.

MMA Overload is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

MMA Overload is not responsible for health and fitness claims or any guarantees made by manufacturers for any products. All guarantee issues must be handled through manufacturer.

Deal of The Day Items

Deal of the Day items are items that are discounted for a 24 hour period of time. The discounted prices can not apply to orders placed before or after the 24 hour period. Deal of the Day items can only be returned for a STORE CREDIT. There are NO REFUNDS on the Deal of The Day.   

Sale Items 

Sale items can be returned for a store credit up to 30 days from the purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same condition as received or after 30 days will be refused and returned, no exceptions, and item(s) will be returned at your expense.

Pre-Sale Items

Pre-Sale are items not in stock and sometimes not yet released by the manufacturer. All orders made with a pre-sale item will ship at the time the pre-sale item is in stock. If you would like the other items shipped before the pre-sale item is in stock an additional shipping charge will apply. We try an update the dates of pre-sale items on our website as manufacturers give us updates.
